San Mateo County Essential Worker Child Care Survey
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO PLAN FOR EMERGENCY CHILD CARE
This survey will inform the San Mateo County Child Care COVID-19 Response Team as it works to establish a system of emergency child care for our county’s most essential workers.
The survey asks essential workers about their child care needs including location,
time of day, age of children, and ability to pay for care.
You may receive this survey link more than once – please complete one time per family.
Once you complete this survey, the San Mateo County Child Care COVID-19 Response Team will assist you with enrolling your child at a care program that fits your family’s needs.
