The future child care center at Greystar’s South Main Mixed-Use project demonstrates the level of community engagement and commitment needed to create environments for families of young children to thrive.

We know that high-quality, affordable child care has been in low supply for many decades, leaving  working parents with few choices between turning down employment opportunities and challenging arrangements.

Tackling this community issue will require creative solutions from innovative partnerships, such as those evidenced in the Redwood City South Main Mixed-Use project led by developer Greystar.
